Accessibility Statement

The site has been made accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard SI 5568, which is based on the international accessibility guidelines WCAG 2.1, Level AA, as far as possible within the structure and technology of the website.

Accessibility was tested manually — keyboard navigation, reading order, text alternatives and colour contrast — alongside automated testing tools. Testing is repeated whenever the site changes materially.

Among other features, the following accessibility measures have been implemented:

• A “skip to main content” link at the top of every page, for fast keyboard navigation
• Full keyboard navigation, with a clearly visible focus indicator on every control
• A hierarchical, semantic heading structure, labelled landmarks and screen-reader support
• Text alternatives (ALT) for informative images; decorative images hidden from screen readers
• Colour contrast meeting level AA requirements for text and user-interface components
• A dedicated accessibility menu available from every page (see section 3)
• Full support for text resizing and zoom up to 200% without loss of content
• Respect for the operating system’s “reduced motion” setting — animations do not run
• Forms with linked labels, error messages in words next to the field, and no reliance on colour alone
• Support for mobile devices, touch screens and both portrait and landscape orientation

The website includes a dedicated accessibility menu, opened from the floating accessibility icon in the corner of the screen. It is available from every page, can be operated by keyboard, and allows users to:

• Increase and decrease text size (up to 150%)
• Turn on a high-contrast mode
• Highlight links with an underline and colour
• Stop animations and motion effects
• Switch to a more readable font
• Enlarge the mouse cursor
• Reset all settings with one click

Your choice is saved in your browser and stays in effect as you move between pages and when you return to the site.

Despite our efforts, certain parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible:

• Embedded YouTube players — the player controls and captions are governed by Google and are outside our control. We are adding captions to our own videos progressively
• Technical specification images received from the manufacturer that contain text inside the image; each has a text description beside it, and the full information is available on request
• Content and components embedded from external providers

We continue to work on improving accessibility on an ongoing basis.

The Company does not operate a branch or office open to the general public. Service is provided remotely — by phone, WhatsApp and email — and in meetings arranged in advance at the customer’s premises.

We are ready to make individual accessibility arrangements on request: receiving information in an accessible format, communicating in writing rather than by phone, or extended support through the process. You can ask for this using the contact details below.
