Privacy Policy

We may collect the following types of information:

Information you provide voluntarily:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Name of your club or venue, sport and locality
• Anything else you choose to write in the notes field

This information is collected when you fill out a contact form or reach out to us via the website.

Providing your details is not a legal obligation. You are not required to give us any details, and none are needed in order to read the site. However, without a name and a way to reach you we cannot get back to you or prepare a proposal for your venue. The fields marked with an asterisk are the minimum needed for that.

Automatically collected information: the website does not currently run any third-party analytics or advertising tool and does not profile visitors. As with any website, the hosting servers keep technical traffic records (such as IP address, browser type and request time) for security and operational purposes. If a measurement tool is added in future, a cookie consent banner will be shown and this policy updated accordingly.

The collected data is used for the following purposes:

• Responding to inquiries submitted through contact forms
• Preparing a proposal tailored to the venue or club
• Following up with users where necessary
• Improving our service, content and the user experience on the site
• Meeting legal obligations and keeping our systems secure

We do not use your information for purposes beyond those stated, unless we receive your explicit consent or are required to do so by law.

We do not carry out automated decision-making with legal effect on users, and we do not sell or rent personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Enquiries submitted through the site’s forms are stored in the Company’s internal management system, which is built on the managed database service Supabase. The website itself is hosted on Lovable. These services operate servers outside Israel, so the information may be stored and processed abroad — including in the European Union and the United States.

The transfer is made solely for the purpose of operating the website and the service, in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data Abroad) Regulations, and to providers who are contractually bound to confidentiality and information security.

Our website uses third-party tools and services, including:

• Supabase – storage and security of enquiries received through the site’s forms
• Lovable – hosting and serving of the website
• WhatsApp (Meta) – tapping the WhatsApp button opens a conversation in the app; its content is subject to Meta’s privacy policy
• YouTube (Google) – the video players are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie) and load only when a video is opened

These tools may collect data according to their own privacy policies. While we are not responsible for those policies, we operate with transparency and choose, where possible, the settings that minimise data collection.

The website does not use tracking, advertising or profiling cookies. It may use the browser’s local storage for operational purposes only — for example, remembering the accessibility menu preferences you chose. That information stays on your device, is never sent to us, and can be cleared through your browser settings.

If measurement or advertising cookies are added in future, a consent banner will be shown offering “Accept all”, “Reject all” and “Manage preferences”, and consent will be requested before they are enabled.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. However, we may share data with external service providers as needed to operate the website and related services (e.g. hosting providers), in compliance with applicable laws and only to the extent necessary.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, under an order of a competent authority, or to protect the Company’s rights in legal proceedings.

We keep enquiry details for as long as they are needed for the purpose for which they were given — handling the enquiry, following up on a proposal or an ongoing business relationship — and no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless there is an active business relationship or a longer period is required by law (for example, tax record-keeping obligations).

At the end of that period the information is deleted or anonymised. You may ask for earlier deletion at any time, subject to the exceptions set out in law.

We implement standard technological and organizational measures to protect users’ personal data.

Among others: traffic to the site is encrypted over HTTPS, access to enquiries requires an authenticated sign-in to the management system, and database permissions are set so that an anonymous visitor can add an enquiry but cannot read anyone else’s.

However, no online transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

As a user, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date
• Request deletion of data under certain circumstances
• Request to restrict the use of your data for specific purposes
• Withdraw consent you have given, without affecting lawful use made before the withdrawal

To exercise these rights, contact us by email or phone using the details below. We will handle your request within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may turn to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice, or to the courts, as provided by law.

The website is aimed at venue owners, clubs and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information about children under the age of 16. If such information has been submitted, contact us and it will be deleted.

This policy may be updated from time to time, for instance following a change in our services or in the law. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page, and for a material change we will publish a prominent notice on the site.
